Welcome to Kobe’s Complete Home Services, LLC. By scheduling or purchasing any service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please review them carefully before booking.

1. Service Overview

Kobe’s Complete Home Services, LLC provides residential and small-business installation and support services, including but not limited to:

TV mounting, smart home device setup, security system installation, technology repair, and billing assistance.

Our services are available throughout Springfield, Missouri and the Greater Ozarks area.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • Free cancellations are available if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will result in a $25 cancellation fee to cover lost time and travel.
    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing.

We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as select digital payment methods.

Invoices must be settled in full before warranty or follow-up work can be provided.


4. Liability

 

 

 

While every job is completed with care and professionalism, Kobe’s Complete Home Services, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to walls, wiring, or equipment.
  • Issues caused by improper use or third-party interference after installation.
  • Connectivity or software issues resulting from customer-owned devices or networks.

We guarantee our workmanship but cannot guarantee manufacturer performance or software updates beyond our control.

 

5. Warranties and Guarantees

 

 

 

All workmanship is backed by a 14-day service satisfaction guarantee.

 

If an installation issue arises due to our work, we’ll return to correct it at no additional cost.

Product warranties (for devices, mounts, etc.) are covered by their respective manufacturers.

6. Safety and Access

 

 

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe, unobstructed access to installation areas.

 

Pets should be secured, and fragile or valuable items moved prior to the technician’s arrival.

 

 

 

7. Policy Updates

Kobe’s Complete Home Services, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

 

Any revisions will be posted on our official website with the updated effective date.
